Experience and reliability. Tailored approach to projects. Adherence to delivery schedules.

Our Story

Heavy Carpentry by Passion Founded in Parma in 2013 - Ferrotec is a benchmark for steel structure fabrication.

Ferrotec is more than a highly specialized staff and a state-of-the-art production department: it is, first and foremost, a group of people united by sharing a long professional journey in the world of steel; a journey marked by passion, dedication to everyday work and a resolve to turn every difficulty into an opportunity.

We at Ferrotec are a cohesive and close-knit team, competent and qualified.

We believe in the importance of technological development and pursue healthy and sustainable growth that allows us to preserve, and celebrate, the values with which we were born and in which we operate.

Our Mission Statement

Design, develop and produce steel solutions

Our mission is one, and one only: to design, develop and produce steel solutions that readily, and effectively, respond to our customers’ design needs.

Steel is indeed a vocation for us, and we pursue it with commitment and passion that is renewed with each order.
Always within essential but strict guidelines dictated by the pursuit of precision, punctuality and production quality.

Our Vision

Teamwork, innovative projects and attention to detail

We believe in the success of teamwork, the importance of trust among team members, and the winning relationship between idea, project, and supplier.

We intend to work alongside enterprises by giving concrete form to their ideas, enhancing them through innovative achievements but respectful of the design vision.

We aim to create works with attention to every detail that are in tune with their context: solid and durable, but also sustainable.

Certifications

ISO 3834

EN ISO 3834 is a guide that establishes quality requirements for the proper management of the fabrication process, both in the shop and on site, of any type of fusion-welded construction.

ISO 3834-2

This certification is aligned with the standard that defines extended quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. It refers to both work done in the shop and work done on the job site.

EN 1090 EXC 4

EN 1090 defines the requirements for conformity assessment according to product characteristics and structural design features. It allows the CE marking to be affixed.

CND checks

Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a set of physical tests designed for the purpose of investigating whether there are defects in a part without having to destroy it, in whole or in part, rendering it unusable.

UNI ISO 9001/2015

The standard specifies the requirements for a Quality Management System. Possession of the relevant certification demonstrates the ability to provide satisfactory products or services on a regular basis.

Welding Engineer

The Welding Engineer represents the highest level of qualification provided by EWF and IIW. It meets the normal defined technical knowledge requirements of ISO 14731:2006 for the Welding Coordinator activity.
